Need to make a claim? We can help with all insurance companies. We are an independent shop that can assist you with your claim from start to finish.
Towing Assistance
Rental Car Arrangements
We work closely with an independent tow company. The office can help set up a tow that works with your schedule and needs. Tows can be billed directly or to the insurance carrier provided. Enterprise is our preferred rental car provider. Enterprise provides door side service from pick up to drop off.

I brought my new Mercedes convertible in with a kiss mark I put on my right back corner. They fixed it by wet buffing it out. It is perfect. The owner saw I had stain marks on my white leather seats from my sunscreen. She tried her leather cleaner and the showed my what it was so I could keep it off. Now that is plus one service. What a great place. Give them a try!

Central Collision is fantastic. After a teen driver backed into my 30 year old Jeep, his insurance company jerked me around for weeks then tried to get me to take a lowball estimate and move on. It took 8 calls to find a body shop that would work 1) with a vehicle that age and 2) with them (bad reputation). I was feeling very down about the whole thing, and not sure how to proceed. Shelby answered questions and explained things to me the entire time, dealt with the pushy insurance people, and had my vehicle repaired fast. The guys in the shop did a great job. I am so happy Tucson has this family owned shop to turn to, and if I ever am in need of this type of work again I will know where to go from day 1.
